Program Description
Trans One Inc. (“Trans One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates two separate SMS messaging programs.

How to Opt In
Consent is obtained before any message is sent. We never use a text message to request or obtain consent.
Employees. Consent to receive text messages is always obtained before any message is sent. We never use a text message to request or obtain consent. An employee opts in inside the Trans One employee application, an internal password-protected system, by reviewing the full program disclosure and typing their full name as an electronic signature. We record the typed signature, the mobile number, the date and time, the IP address, the device information, and a copy of the exact disclosure text shown. Employees who do not use the application may instead sign a printed consent form carrying the same disclosures.
Job applicants. Consent to receive recruiting text messages is collected verbally by a recruiter during your initial phone screen, using a required compliance script that states who is contacting you, the types of messages that will be sent, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and how to stop receiving them.
Consent is not a condition of employment. Declining requires no explanation and does not affect your employment or your application.
Message Frequency and Rates

You may also withdraw consent by any other reasonable means, including by contacting us using the details below. Withdrawal is honored immediately.
Data Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as messaging delivery, is permitted solely to operate the program. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Your information is used solely for internal employment and operational communications.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, among others. Carrier support may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
